Gallardía Farm, home of Santiago Gallardo, US Polo Pony Breeder™ and retired Argentine polo player.  Santiago grew-up on his family estancia in Entré Rios. There he learned the special art of gently breaking and training horses for polo from his father, the legendary polo pony breeder and trainer Anacleto Gallardo.

Santiago traveled the world as a high-goal polo player achieving a 7 goal handicap.  Among his many accomplishments was winning the Gold Cup in Europe. Now rated 3 goal,  he devotes his time to breeding, training and selling some of the world's finest polo ponies to top polo players. Gallardía Farm's polo ponies are personally selected and trained by Santiago. Gallardía Homebreds are from a select group of Argentine and American polo mares bred to fine Thoroughbreds. Presently standing at Gallardía Farm is Dreamrider an outstanding son of Devil's Bag and grandson of Pleasant Colony. 

These fine horses can be seen at Gallardía Farm, 150 acres of lush, green pastures in Southern Virginia and in the winter at Gulfstream Polo Club  Lake Worth, Florida.
